REA Brady is a professional, fully compliant property services company providing maintenance services to a large portfolio of clients throughout Leitrim, Roscommon and Longford area. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a varied and interesting role within a supportive office environment.

Overall Purpose & Scope:   

The Administrator will work in a general administrative role in the Rentals and Block Management section of our office to provide support and assistance where required.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule appointments and maintenance call-outs
  • Request references and supporting documentation from prospective tenants
  • Collate and prepare reports for clients, internal managers and senior agents
  • List properties to let on property portals
  • Prepare property inventories
  • Complete rent reviews
  • Complete RTB registrations, reviews and notifications
  • Use the CRM system to accurately record all actions, income and expenditure relating to lettings.
  • Assist with block management tasks, including scheduling meetings, issuing notices, managing responsive repairs and client communications
  • Schedule timelines and work appointments for maintenance teams (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.)
  • Input work orders and purchase orders on the in-house system
  • Update clients on the progress and completion of worksLiaise with service technicians to ensure work is completed and recorded correctly
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of parts
  • Complete all associated administrative duties

  • The successful candidate should possess the following character traits:  
  • High Calibre with energy and enthusiasm to learn about the Business
  • Excellent computer skills to include MS Excel, MS Word and ability to quickly learn new applications
  • Must demonstrate aptitude for creative problem resolutions
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Comfortable working independently on a day-to-day basis but equally adept at working closely with peers
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and imminently accurate with data.  Must be able to check own work.  
  • Ability to multi-task and the effective use of priority management skills
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in a business environment
  • Interpersonal skills, Cooperative, courteous and professional behaviour and conduct is essential
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Adaptable i.e. change in legislation, work methods
  • Any previous Administrative experience in the Property Industry essential
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Service desk experience is an advantage
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A PSRA Licence D is advantageous but not essential
  • Fluent in English

 

Hours of work:  

Monday to Friday:  09:00 – 17:30 (with 1 hour for lunch)
