All of the above plus we handle all matters with regard to your property and collect the rent from your tenant. The tenant does not get contact details. We inspect the property regularly and report to you, provide monthly and year end accounting. Should the need arise we can organise minor repairs and emergency callouts for plumbers, electricians and handymen from our retained list of trades people.

For many years, REA Brady has provided services for the collection, recording and distribution of Land Letting fees on the behalf of our clients, the Land Owners. We provide our clients with Letting Agreements that outline the time frame of the Land Letting and the duty of care to be undertaken by their tenants.
