We bought two rental properties, one in Carrick-on-Shannon and one in Dromod. We engaged REA Brady Auctioneers to look after the rentals. Mary Hennigan-Lawson has managed our properties for the past 15 years. We have never had to worry about the rentals as Mary looked after absolutely everything. If there were any problems in either properties, she would inform us immediately and it was fixed within days. Her efficiency was very evident from the start and because of that we never had any major problems with tenants and the houses were kept in good condition. We recently decided we were going to sell both properties. Mary took on the job of preparing the properties for sale and had them both sold within a month. She has been amazing to work with, extremely efficient and is always able to work through any issues with tenants and solve them. Selling the two houses was an extremely easy process due to the expertise Mary has. She completed the sales effectively and we got the best price. I could not recommend her more highly as an agent. She has been wonderful to deal with over the years and we will actually miss our friendly calls.

I recently sold a house using REA Brady and I found them to be most efficient. Ronnie Clarke was the selling agent and he had "sale agreed" 2 weeks after putting the house on the market. He kept me up-to-date on progress and the whole deal was concluded in just over 2 months. He was proactive and dealt with any issues immediately they arose.
